So I decided to create a set of rail-based support blocks, soon enough I will also create vehicles built around the concept that will have different uses.
But of course, R.A.I.L.R.O.A.D. stands for:
    Reglementary
    Articulated
    Interchangable
    Locomotives
    Responsible
    Over
    Applicable
    Delivery

So far I made the basic parts a rail based system should have, this is Version 1, which contains the bare minimum for building tracks that can take you almost anywhere.
The upcoming Version 2 will feature but is not limited to an Elevator, and a matrix that will help you attach parts together making the tracks close to seamless with little effort.
Keep in mind that the type of hook on the tech works with all parts, and any modifications could render it unusable, you can customize the tech, but don't do anything to the EXP blocks, simple as that, there are some size limits, but further versions might have different parts that will accomodate larger techs, and even linkable wagons.

First set of parts, because the forum only allows you to upload 3 things at once:

Second version is now out, featuring wider tracks for accommodating larger wagons, and fitting pieces to make track alignment easier, and a working elevator.

Slope V2 Slope V2.png , fitting piece is only on one end, still working on making the other one fit with more ease.
    Elevator Elevator.png
This one requires a bit of explanation, feel free to move it at first, as soon as you press X the actual elevator will separate from the frame and will proceed to go up, the fitting matrix that will help it align with tracks on multiple levels will fall off and get cleaned up by the SCUs, but before separating make sure that the articulated drills are pointing away from the armor plates, that is the braking mechanism that will keep it in place, use W and S to go up and down, no need for turning. After separation you can place something as simple as a single block on top of the pole to act as an extra safety measure, but the current failsafe should be enough provided you don't smash it against the frame too hard.
You can still move the elevator after deployment, but you need to turn it very slowly otherwise the elevator will glitch out of the frame, I've calibrated it to be able to carry two fully loaded Geocorp wagons, which will be released in further versions, along with wagons from other corporations.

Made a tutorial video on the elevator, explaining how to build one.
