If the devs saw this they would be screaming at us "THE BIG BERTHA WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR LAND!"

Now we're just telling the laws of physics to shut up as we make flying guns - I love it, it's funny to me. :D

Yes my liege, we have a few dozen Atlas Carrier fleet groups at our disposal, while the Surtur Landships have a secondary carrier role.
Okay good. The ones we have seems to be mobile, so today we get one that you "can" move. But it is more like a portable airfield than a real carrier.

With a lenght of about 131 blocks this is probably the longest carrier ever made in terratech. (That can be loaded using just one snapshot.)

You can place it almost anywhere where the ground is flat, and then anchor it. After you anchor, press X to deploy the airfield, and then fill the gaps between the 3 parts with large gso armorplates, with one medium in the middle.

Functions:
1. Power: It has 20 built-in solar panels, so not much, but many batteries and wireless chargers to charge your planes and helicopters. Shield and repair bubbles all around the tech.
2. Two areas on the sides of the airfield to part small aircraft.

Inportant info:
1. I havent tested this much, and the first prototypes had some issues where the two folding parts of the tech fell of when loading the tech, after you left the area and came back. I havent seen that happen to this version, but there could be other bugs too, so be carefull.

2. This thing is REALLY laggy if you power it up. If you dont want the lag, remove the 10 solar panels from the sides. If you use it on a monument you should remove most of the bubbles or remove the solar panels, as you will probably not need them.

3. I recommend you to use this as a landing platform on top of monuments. Just load it on top of it, and quicky switch to it and anchor. If you cant anchor, try moving around in build beam untill you are able too. If you still cant do it, build down a few blocks under the tech and place a new geocorp anchor there. And try to anchor again.

4. I take no responsebility for any crashes in-game because of this tech.

EDIT: I just realised that you cant load this tech on top of monuments, as half of the tech will load INSIDE the monument, and then explode... (While causing EXTREME amounts of lag.)
The only real way to do it is by using the load tech button that only is in creative/R&D. :(

HOW?

Besides that, I made an anti-air.
It's called the Hawkeye Zeus Anti-Air or simply the Zeus Anti-Air, It's Type A (A Type B (C,D,E ect..) would be made for another kingdom.)
Zeus AntiAir Type A.png
It drives at 50MPH, Has mortars, missiles, Zeus lasers, the EXP anti air weapon and Blue fire stuff, and has some Hawkeye batteries, also has back weapons of: shotguns and mortars.

This is the first tech I've uploaded to the lemon kingdom, so if there's a specific way of uploading techs to the kingdom, please let me know.

No, this is fine, we don't have a format for Tech uploads. :) I'll link these in our Tech storage later.

Edit: New Tech

Here's the Skulker, an assault vehicle designed using the new HawkEye parts. As the name suggests, it's an ambush vehicle. Not a lot of health, but it makes up for decent firepower and armor - flank and use cover properly.

It also looks like it can enter the enemy population.

We could use the Big Bertha to supplement our Local Defenses - I've asked a nearby recycling plant to design a Tech for the job.

This is the StuG, or Sturmgeschutz, German for Assault Gun. (It even looks like it somehow). It's a mobile turret with some small-arms weaponry to support the massive Big Bertha gun. GSO-only construction lets it be spit out by our factories by the hundreds when needed.

After yesterdays update I started working on a easy to deploy artillery.
This is the current prototype.

Press X to activate.
Choose the middle tech to rotate the gun, and the top tech to aim up/down.

In this update techs are more fragile than ever. And therefor you maybe dont want to attack 3 huge megaton tanks alone. That is what you can use this for. You just place it on a high place, from which you can see the enemies. Then press X, aim up the artillery and start attacking them outside of their activation-range.
When you are done you simply send all three parts of the tech to your SCU, and continue to collect whatever is left of the enemies.
this deserves an award.

@Zargn Would we be able to get a close look at the pivots you used for the artillery? I've got a few ideas for improvements but wanna test them first; however I've found myself unable to make anything both rotate nicely and stay together...
