TECHS DELETING THEMSELVES???!!!

I have been making large techs in the Co-op Campaign, and all of our techs keep on deleting themselves while we are right next to them, and it doesn't give the blocks back, I have lost 3 techs this way in the past 30 minutes. Also, blocks keep despawning before I even have the chance to collect them (Within A 2-Second Window). Any idea what's causing this?

The Block-despawning is intentional as the devs don't want your screen to be filled with cluttered blocks. It happens rarely in singleplayer but otherwise, like they will quickly despawn
