dose this work in the campaign for others? for me it dosen`t
because i have a Hubl standing near my base and would like to get rid of it

Anyway we can fix this so it allows changing to and from neutral again, I was using this to make custom maps XD

Gonna have a crack at fixing this, might be a bit tricky since I'm still banned from the TT discord for my war crimes committed 4 years ago but I will at least try.
