TAC (the abbreviation) is intended for the banner and universal use around the forum.
The flag could be used as the background on the banner.
The longer version is just the actual name that should be used sparingly because it is huge.
Legion Region was the old name, but that was replaced by the current name of TAC.

@Legionite I highly recommend that whenever a new member joins in, call in @saiwun, he'll add a banner for the new member.
