When selecting a compressed resource block to be crafted the refinery will not refine the requested resource when given
Steps to reproduce
Put drill on resource nose, place refinery with receiver, belt to a crafter, select compressed resource block to craft. The receiver will pick up the raw resource but the refinery wont refine it for use in the crafter.
