Hello everybody! Tell me, is anyone interested in space, satellites, etc.?
Perhaps, if they see our interest, then they will have an incentive to change something. Don't you think so?Aren't we all? Just the devs don't have time to work on it which is very sad![]()
My personal opinion: Crafting update first. I really want to see a better crafting system (and I know, everyone says that, but still I want it).not really. we all have a substantial interest in a crafting update, but that ain't gonna happen anytime soon. We all have a very big interest in legion and space junkers, but we never got them. We all asked for artillery and bvr(beyond visual range) fights, but we never got that. I really don't see how that asking for space age is going to help us get it
Well, to be honest with you I am so into professions in games, that I even bought New World just to see what crafting in this game is. Good point by you, hope we'll get some improvements. My personal opinion: Crafting update first. I really want to see a better crafting system (and I know, everyone says that, but still I want it).
As cool as that sounds, I fear it's a bit to ambitious. Don't get me wrong, I love the idea, but if Payload does decide to add space travel, it will probably include structures that send you planet to planet through an animation with. If we're talking about our deepest desires, I'd like a biome of "deep space" where you require flight blocks to move (as you aren't bound to the ground anymore) and space pirates. Deep space would be used as the hub of inter-planetary travel, getting close to a planet initiates entry. This would force the player to explore the wonderful world of zg by building spaceships and other unique veichles!I also think that it would work like this, drag would be less the higher you go, the lift would be less the higher you go, propellers would be less effective the higher you go, which all equal zero at some altitude(dependent on what planet). Ion thrusters would be the only constant propulsion other than rockets, but with zero drag, there is basically no difference. Re-entry would work by applying fire damage on the blocks that are on the outside of the spaceship and the damage would be based on how fast you are going.
