a missile (and launcher) that upon impact causes the blocks within a small radius from the impact to DETACH from the tech but not have any damage
backstory could be that the missile inverts the magnets that hold the blocks on each other over as small range when the missile explodes (if the missile explodes on the launching tech, the launching tech loses the blocks nearest to the explosion)

Ehhh i think it being a missile would be too powerful, missiles are too powerful as is, but one that doesn't destroy blocks would be a smidge too powerful. maybe turn it into an energy cannon of sorts? Without a homing projectile.

my thoughts regarding the exact details for the missile and launcher, the launcher being a rrl3 block 4 long 2 wide 3 high launching the missile up at approx 30 degrees from horizonal (and costs several exotic components and at least 10 zero point splitters), the missile being about half to 2/3 the speed of the gso (assuming the gso is the slowest) missiles and the tracking ability of the bombs, with the 'explosion' having a radius of approx 2 gso blocks that detaches the blocks inside the 'blast' radius

Phase shift mechanics for blocks and weapon, maybe a block that able to let your tech go into ghost mode(other techs, breakable objects, attacks go through you, enemy AI can't detect you), firing will break ghost mode and it drains battery power like no tomorrow,

Or a torpedo that ignores collision for a short period when launched, makes it able to damage the interior of the target if timed right.

Reticule Research Black Hole Cannon
The researchers at the lab have finally devised a way to use the Mobile SCU technology they *ahem* "borrowed" from Better Future on a projectile that is slow-moving, but it sucks all blocks that it touches as well as those in close proximity. It goes weird with shield bubbles, including yours, bouncing randomly on them, but be warned: If it bounces back from a shield, including yours and hits your tech, it will suck up your blocks too, ruining your "perfect" megaton spam bulid, and if it hits your cab, the tech will be destroyed, but at least you'll have a bouncing SCU. In the lab, sometimes the researchers can be seen playing table tennis using minature versions of this weapon with paddles that are energy shielded resulting in equipment being sucked away.

Edit: @harpo99999 don't JUICE this post please

So this would be a chain of lightning-throwers which get bigger and better with higher RR license grades in which they are available. Shoots a single lightning bolt. Awesome. High attack power, but maybe not turret-mounted, and slow fire rate.

RR Hacker Launcher
A launcher that fires a drone which locks onto and attaches to the enemy. Once attached, it begins to mess around with tech functions, a different function every time. It may scramble weapon targeting, deactivate a couple powered devices, spam the build beam, or mess around with steering and movement. For extra fun, give it a low chance that it does nothing, and an even lower chance that it temporarily incapacitates the entire enemy tech. Multiple hackers do not stack, so no spamming. Fire rate is longer than the duration of any inflicted hacker effect.

RR Battery Cannon
Someone forgot that a "battery" does not always refer to electricity, and this was the result. Fires dead batteries at the enemy, which may occasionally explode and splash battery acid. A little unconventional, I'll admit, but they gotta do something with all these dead batteries!

RR Mayhem Lasers
A supply chain of lasers that are amplified ridiculously. They aim better, fire faster, and hit harder than any laser... for a period of time. They release a rapid volley of high damage lasers that rarely miss, then must cool down before firing again.

RR Railgun
When Hawkeye put in an order for a line of railguns, Reticule Research fumbled over many models. Hawkeye wisely picked the most stable models, and this is one of the leftovers of RR's work. Delivers heavy damage at high velocities. Researchers didn't get around to reducing the recoil, though.

RR EMP Shell
Hawkeye once requested a weapon that could deactivate shields and other powered devices. RR made one, but liked it so much they decided to mark this EMP mortar as indefinitely "in progress." Fires a shell which momentarily shuts down all powered blocks in its pulse radius.

RR Quake Cannon
You ever wonder where Venture got the sonic lance? They requested a model from RR, of course. Well, one researcher got a little carried away and made this diabolical device. Fires sound waves that can shake entire techs, damaging slightly all blocks in range and pushing techs back. Extra damage against anchored techs/blocks.

RR Welding Torch
Researchers use this to piece together their contraptions. It does alright breaking things apart, too.

RR Scientist Cab
The cab every mad scientist dreams he could drive. Comes with its own internal battery.

RR Fission Generator
A machine that produces massive amounts of energy by breaking down matter! This generator will accept any resource chunk, not just fuel. The failsafes haven't been implemented yet, but that won't be a problem, right? (if uranium resource equivalent is added to the game, it would be the fuel for this generator)

RR Solaris Containment Unit
When RR perfected the Singularity Containment Unit, they wondered if they could contain other celestial bodies in a similar fashion. This creation contains a miniaturized sun that lights up the place like a holiday and can partially power solar panels. A prospector may have no more than one active at a time, because the last time someone tested two active Solaris CUs... Wait, GSO doesn't know about that incident...

RR Hybrid Bubble
This fancy device combines a shield bubble and a repair bubble into one! Consumes a lot of energy to do this, though.

RR Ben Battery
From flying kites to now capturing lightning, this battery cell stores energy in the form of raw electricity, giving it massive capacity for energy! Researches tested its response to damage, and the results were shocking!

RR Warp Drive
This engine is technically used on starships for intergalactic travel, but it's still in the field testing phase so you can use it, right? Control it like a jet engine, if you can control it...

The only one i didnt like was the railgun because of how railguns work they dont have any recoil well that is in real life games dont seem to follow this one rule.

I do not see where you get this Idea that railguns do not have recoil.

A railgun is a projectile weapon that just uses electromagnetic force in place of a propelling explosive to launch a copper jacketed slug.
As far as I know Mass times Velocity still equals Mass times Velocity.

wait are you saying railguns have or dont have recoil. if your saying they do check out any irl rail gun. And the only side effect of railguns is that every shot almost melts the barrel

Rail Guns Have Recoil.

Yes, they do!

It's also very hard to melt what a railgun does not have.

At least do your research before you blow bullsquat.

well if you dont believe me then mby this will do the trick. First video i found about i railguns
. Railguns dont have recoil because they have there own type of recoil that dosent push back it mostly pushes the rails apart from the extremely high amounts of electro magnetic force required to propel the projectile. Well of coarse a railgun will have some backwards recoil too but a very small compaired to that of a traditional artillery. one last note i meant barrel when i said chamber.
