Radar mission problem

I try to get my initial radar from the mission in the beginning but nothing activates

Hm… that’s a tad odd. I suppose, since that’s still pretty early on, you might be able to restart the campaign? Or if you happen to have another save file just before then, you might be able to save yourself the extra work.
