Random question: Does anyone know what STUD stands for in the Wide Gauge STUD Lasers? I know that COIL is Chemical Oxygen Iodine Laser, but couldn't find anything for STUD.

I think it is just for the way that it is attached to the tech. Think of the studs for a car tire.

Just a thought

Have a good one

Stabilized Transient Uranium Diamagnetic (diamagnetically focused) Laser.

How does that sound?

It's a pain in the butt finding a use for that U.

I took the time to make a fairly decent assault VTOL, I'm calling it the Nomad.

This thing is amazing for hit and run attacks, it takes off really well, hovers pretty decent, in air steering is something to be desired. Though it's worth nothing this thing can jump into a fight like a coked up bunny rabbit and rain down hurt and leap out before it takes a single scratch.

Or at least I think, this thing is kinda expensive and I haven't had a chance to actually test it, mainly because I can't for the life of me find gyroscopes.

Anyways, it makes for an AMAZING exploration vehicle as it comes with an on board solar panel and wireless charger so it can settle down every now and then to charge it's batteries, of which it has 10, meaning it actually CAN soak up a good bit of damage, not exactly sure how good the shield coverage is on it though.

Go hang out in the salt flats.

Every third baddie has a gyro.
