Official modding weapon rules?

OK so you're adding official weapons, and I don't think it would be right to see a ZK-47 firing Big Bertha shots with the speed of an autocannon, as that would be just outright insane and too powerful. I think we may or may not need some guidelines here.

I say that there should be no rules except the once already released. Since it is the players choice tp download them

They could probably whip up a formula that outputs a score based on fire rate, damage (including explosions), range, hitbox, traverse.
Whether or not they're able to put a warning on the workshop saying "This item may be overpowered" if the score is too high is another thing
