Info: orginally a scout anti gravity copter armed with twin BMB's and a venture minigun, this tech has been heavily modified with hawkeyeblack labs railguns and missiles to make it into a long range siege craft.
Used primarily by "warbrand" A merc known to use carriers in their main fleet with a heavy lean towards Vtol and AG control craft. In the air he is known to take out million BB techs with quarter mill scouts. Armed with this thing nothing can stop him.
Update on my AVR did some refinement on the look first person is still the same though.
It is armed with a heavy railgun from: https://forum.terratechgame.com/index.php?threads/hawkeye-black-labs-released-blocks.21051/ and 2 smaller railguns for when the main one doesn't have enough energy to fire.
do to not having any shields or healling, when the railgun is out its AG still flies as there is nothing to drain power allowing me to return to the landing pad and reload.

if so, i shall bring my entire flotilla (1 guided missile cruiser, 1 destroyer in construction, 2 classes of frigates, and soon to be aircraft carrier) to nova
hmm. so you want custom techs that are built to be mercenaries and assassins. mercenaries I might be able to manage. assassin? my aircraft are already one step ahead. but I am making a AA turret(and maybe some sentries that are built to be annoying) meant to take down a Viper or a parasite. note:I'm going to refrain from missiles a bit because they are OP for sentries.
can i just say, i love your planes, tiny quick and agile, and they're size is perfect to operate on aircraft carrier (construction is 80% done). A joint operation definitely needs to happen
also, i think what @Skihiley means by merc/assassin is, sometimes to assassinate a high value target, you can't just do it with a small stealth craft and rush alone to the target, he can have escorts, hell, even a fleet of warships as escorts. So i think this is why we need a navy branch (yes yes yes!!!), to facilitate us when the contract is someone important/rich enough to have a private army as their escort

Carrier Strike Group Nova-01 is the first flotilla in NOVA Spaceborne Navy provived by Darvin when he joined the NOVA faction. Every single one of the ships serving in this flotilla (and several possible addition in the future) is manufactured by Darvenstein Military Shipyard, which Darvin himself is the director of. This makes NOVA, as of now, the sole beneficiary of DMS naval technologies, including ship hull design, naval doctrine, and all the technologies embedded in them. With a diverse selection of mission capabilities, this fleet serves as a nexus of joint-operations between NOVA members when the assassination contract involves someone with very high profile with the ability to hire their own private army/fleet. Because of the nature and sheer size of this fleet, Carrier Strike Group NOVA-01 is not authorized for covert operations.
