so I recently got a PC, and one of the first games that I bought was terratech, which I subsequently modded. however, a few days ago TT just stopped working. Anytime I try to open the game, it tries to download the mods and always gets stuck at roughly 97% (see picture) at which point it becomes completely unresponsive.
At first I thought it might just be because I had too many mods downloaded, so I deleted some.... and then some more... and then some more... and now the past 4 days have been me thinning out my load order as much as possible and the game still freezing at the exact same point. so I'm now asking you guys for help.
