    With the new control scheme update, I've been having a lot more fun with flying techs in the game.
    These are some of them I thought you might fun with in the campaign. No exps.

    I thought someone might have trouble with how to use these, so I ended up making videos of them although I'm not a youtuber or something by any means. Had some fun doing it though.
    and after that... BIG RESPECT to ZeroGravitas on all his youtube work on Terratech and Terraria lol

    Please do check them out, and tell me if there is anything that could be done better!

    I got tired of always building up huge techs and as a result, spawning huge enemies to fight.
    It's a Bomber Plane quickly edited from the Venture Lift Off that you get from the quest.
    Designed to fire mortars while strafing by the left side of target.
    I eventually widened the plane to add another prop and upto 6~9 mortars, until I switched to missiles.

    Started with a basic bomber but slowly evolved into this from wanting something that 1. Is compact to fully utilize the shields 2. Has enough payload to deal with most things 3. Maneuverable enough to avoid stalling and all. Optimized towards constantly firing while circling above enemies, hence the missiles firing mostly upwards. See footage for example.

    The update finally made me try out helicopters.
    A "Hawkeye parts only" build.

    - FEATURES -

    Total of 14 cruise missiles, 5 shields, 2 repair bubbles, 10 batteries and so on.

    A decent turn speed in all axis, and a moderate airspeed.

    Legs instead of Wheels to stop rolling all around on land.
    Also for the lack of a low profile wheel option that won't give me the overloaded warning constantly.
    Was kinda going for a sci-fi drone look too, I guess.

    A plane version of my Helicopter Bomber, with a considerably higher payload.
    Pretty agile for what it is. Use bursts of jet for quick movements.

    - Features -

    3 sets of wings up front for sufficient lift and a compact design

    21 Cruise missiles, 6 seekers

    Batteries, Shield Bubbles, Shields - 2 of each

    2 Rocket Jets and 1 Fuel tank

    Pretty much my ultimate version of a copter for it's as compact and maneuverable as possible, while being protected and armed enough to take down anything that might pop up in the campaign.
    I also wanted to use Hawkeye only, and avoid ridiculous designs such as putting guns on rotors or having thrusters with the airflow blocked off completely and so on.

    Spent so long trying to balance it and smoothing things out, I can't think no more lol

    hm yeah it might be too many. I tend to put shield in the corners of techs to best protect from splash damage, though.
    especially because that plane is meant to circle closely above techs, but yeah it could do with less battery drain for sure.

    use the gso ones on corners and a hawkeyein the mid, as the gsos dont cause as much lag

    Heavy armor and Heavier payload version of the Gunship.

    Includes a mobile furnace + sorting system + delivery cannon for picking up resources,
    recharging the batteries and selling the non-fuel chunks, on the fly(literally)

    Has batteries and internals completely covered in armor.
