Hi, it seems like there's dozens of these tech showcase threads already, so it's about time for me to make one as well!

This is a thread where I'll post my favourite creations, as well as some random crazy experimental techs. Don't expect me to post techs very often though.

This post will probably be edited later to make it more FANCY, but for now it's just this. :D

    Trailblazer Trekker

This is essentially a better version of my almost completely Venture tech - the Trailblazer Stuntcar from a recent CC. This version has a faster top speed, more boosters, more power storage, some fun weapons, and other additions. This car my favourite tech right now, since it's so great off-road. It really is the perfect adventuring vehicle, and it's just a bunch of fun to drive around the world with.

Bonus: If you hold Shift and drive forward while firing your weapons, the car will look as if it's on fire!

Note: This tech contains experimental blocks, so non-R&D users won't be able to use this.

    THE GUARDIAN

    Guardian Mk4.png

    Requires this ramp as well:

    Guardian Ramp.png

    Top speed of 78 MPH
    Interior cargo bay measuring 12x8x24
Pivoting ramp door for access into the cargo bay
    Rooftop landing spot for aircraft
Solar panels for recharging power when anchored
    Railguns, missiles, machine guns, fun!

If you experience any difficulty while using the tech and the ramp somehow becomes disconnected (This is a prototype and I will try to improve it), refer to the "Attaching the door" set of steps below.

    Attaching the door
    1. Anchor the Guardian
    2. Drive the ramp up to the guardian so that the red blocks are in line with the axles
    3. Attach a bearing onto the red block so that it intersects the axle
    4. Repeat step 3 with the other bearing

    Closing the door
    1. Make sure the Guardian is still anchored
    2. Switch to the ramp and hold SHIFT
    3. When the ramp goes vertical, attach an axle onto the blue block so that it intersects the bearing on the Guardian
    4. Repeat step 3 on the other side

    Opening the door
    1. Switch to the door
    2. Detach the two axles on the blue blocks and place them somewhere else
    3. Wait for the door to fall down (it shouldn't go all the way down, it should get stuck at a roughly 30-45 degree angle)
    4. Anchor the Guardian. The door should fall to the ground

MicroFighter Mk IV is a fully-functioning drone with power storage, a repair bubble, a shield bubble, and even two missiles - all contained within a tiny, compact 4x5x4 space.

Thanks! I don't know if you can really call it a "drone", but it's essentially a tiny helicopter without a tail, so I thought drone was the best word to describe it.

Yeah, true, I’m not sure why I used them in the first place - I think I thought they provided more speed, but when I swapped them out for Springers later on threre was no difference in speed :/

Ha, sounds fun, I might try that :)
