I was thinking the standard could be a cab or something and for specializations you can attach stuff onto it

Remember that Tech everyone first made in the Tutorial bit at the start of every campaign? I can consider that as infantry if it were a bit bigger. Probably 5x5x5 is the biggest.

Funny thing is that this thread reminds me of my "Epic Cab Boss Battles" where the player and a bunch of AI modules fight to the death against a singular enemy.
