Increase the anchoring height of non-better-future anchors

Hi!

Using any other anchor than better future is very annoying, because in most cases it cannot reach more than 1 block down. Even switching to 2 blocks down (below the blocks it uses on the tech) for 1x1 anchors and 4 blocks down for 2x2 anchors would be a great improvement, and a lot less of a hassle to build a tech which can be anchored without moving a block all the time or having the tech get stuck all the time when moving around (especially on difficult terrain).

I totally agree even on level terrain where the anchor was the closest thing to the ground I would have to spam the anchor button multiple times. Sometimes I would anchor but because I was spamming I would un-anchor, which put me back at square one. So frustrating...
