But, why? Are you selling/loaning them, or are we USING them OURSELVES? I'm confused now.
They officially belong to the IFTTES, however, they can be loaned out to perform services. We are a Service. It might help to look up the difference between goods and services, but I'll give a quick example. Food is a good, as it is bought and used up. Going to a restaurant and ordering food is a service, as you are paying for the action of preparing the food. If you separate things into these two categories, you will see that most stores will technically act as both, but not at the same time. Buying something makes it a good. Hiring something makes it a service.

As for who controls the techs, that is up to the request. They can request for employees of the IFTTES to man the techs, or they can request to operate the techs themselves.

Then why didn't you say so?
It's in the name. Interstellar Free Trade, Transport and Escort Service. It even says it in the thread title. How did you manage to miss that detail?
Also,

I said that any techs us Kebabs supply you belong to us. We are just letting you use them. So, that doesn't mean they're officially yours.
I was referring the the one already owned by the IFTTES. In the case of Kebab techs, they still officially belong to the Kebab Kingdom, even if they are loaned out. Remember, loans are temporary, because otherwise it is theft.
In the event of theft, the IFTTES may or may not provide a free delivery of live thermonuclear warheads, which we may or may not have, to the offender's location. Isn't nuclear deterrent just great.

New MT Miniature Tank Assault Vehicles:

Yes, I know you said that we shouldn't have assault vehicles, but these could be our first vehicles on the market. We could loan them to others for very cheap (cuz it's small, duh) and mark the start of our business! They also wouldn't really be able to cause much destruction with these, either, so I guess that's sort of a plus...

I suppose we could advertise them as heavy escort craft or something of the sort. How about the new classification of Armed Guards (designated as AG). They can be hired out to perform functions such as border patrols, violence suppression, armed police operations, maintain curfew (I don't know, there might be some organisation that makes use of this). They are not intended to be used for active warfare, however they can be used for support fire.

I am currently working on a massive transport tech which will be able to carry a total of 480 GeoCorp Resource Blocks, for a total of 57600 resources. I am also making another new classification of tech for the IFTTES. Try to guess what it is. Here is the first one of it's type:

Also, here is a little scout craft I made just for the sake of it:

I shall now reveal that the designation of CV is given to Civilian craft. These should have absolutely no weapons (other than cab weapons, for obvious reasons), and are simply designed for personal use. These techs are produced and sold much like how car are produced and sold here on Earth in real life. They can be as fancy or mundane as you want to make them, just like real cars, but ideally they should be mostly safe to use, i.e. don't make a civilian craft that will explode just because it bumps into a rock at low speed (think modern vehicle safety standards). Also, they ideally shouldn't use shields, as civilians should have no need of them, although a repair bubble or two should be fine, and would be recommended for techs which have a tendency to take damage when they shouldn't (such as if they are hard to control at high speed, or are prone to sudden acceleration into rocks/trees). I would also encourage all civilian craft to be fitted with a radar, to act as a GPS.

Cool. I'll make a whole fleet of civilian vehicles, then. Small, large, you name it.

Wait a second, don't we already have a kingdom marketplace?!?!

Oh well, just forget all of the Techs that took time to make in it and use this place instead...

Or are those Techs going to be transferred over?

This seems that it should at least refer to the Kingdom Marketplace for combat Tech purchases...

Didn't he say this was a place to LOAN techs? The Marketplace could be a place where KINGDOMS can buy ANY techs.
Yes, however, there is the exception of civilian techs, however, being civilian techs, they would be oddly out of place in the kingdom market. Also, it wasn't until just now that I've seen that thread.

Do reasearch first, before you make something basically exactly like it.

I did do my research, and somehow didn't manage to find that. Either way, the IFTTES functions quite differently to the Kingdom Marketplace. The IFTTES will work on any scale, from inter-Kingdom trades, to personal escorts for civilians. You can think of the IFTTES as a mega-corporation, which is constantly expanding into new technology and functions. You can compare this to Apple Corporation, Microsoft, and even Google. The market constantly grows, and so does the competition.
