Hi so I was wondering how I could get the Hawkeye payload terminal. Because I am level 3.. but I don't know how do get it please help!

Once you max Grade(level) 3 you will get it.

you just have to max out the hawkeye license, then you should receive a delivery of the terminal

But I have maxed out hawkeye!.. says max level at least

Then you can craft the terminal. Crafting is very handy when you need to unlock a block.

Is the level just max level, or is the bar maxed? If the bar is maxed, then you should've gotten it when it got maxed. If you maxed it before the update, you'll have to craft it.

then there might be a ? crate where your tech was when the hawkeye licence messaged that it was MAXED OUT, if you have not had that message yet, then keep killing the hawkeye techs & missions
