The HSN (Hawkeye Sovereign Navy) Drakkar class attack ship. Used to patrol the skies over the dreadfully undefended Geocorp mines, Drakkar patrol vessels often found themselves outmatched by the faster, more maneuverable pirates. In their heavily armed Venture hovercraft, they made short work of this lightly armored scout ship, leading to the addition of light shields and heavy hitting cruise missiles.
Forming the bulk of Hawkeye's atmospheric armada, HSN Crimson Drake class guided missile destroyers keep clean the vast holdings of Hawkeye's esteemed customers, GSO, and Geocorp. With a light bomb bay in the keel, and sporting the newly developed Type 45 naval turret proudly on their deck, Drakes rarely encounter a foe capable of bringing them down.
In the vanguard of Hawkeye's raiding fleet, the proverbial "tip of the spear," HSN Gungnir heavy cruisers bring the fires of war to the frontiers and flats of this new world. Capable of fighting at low altitudes, due to the advent of a heavy keel turret, they tend toward a strategy of brawling at closer ranges than most captains would find sane. This strategy is aided by the combination of vertical axis bow turrets, which can fire directly below the already formidable bomb bay.
Not every ship can be devoted to the destruction of Hawkeye's enemies. Serving on the role of merchantmen, the HSN Rust Dragon class is a popular form of transport for all the aristocrats too low ranking or ill-favored for a true warship escort. Usually flanked by two or more Drakkars, Dragons almost never find themselves under attack. When they do, it's only by the most skilled (or suicidal) Venture bomber pilots, as the escort craft each have a stern mounted AA gatling turret to swat away the flies.
Darkening the skies over the ore rich salt flats, enforcing the unending dominance of the Hawkeye Sovereign Navy, the HSN Fenrir battleships are only deployed in times of great economic hardship. Sent to claim territory for the company when no contracts can be found, they deliver a blanket of Paladin bombs and a storm of cannon fire to incinerate the bases of errant prospectors, or anyone that doesn't move fast enough. Each Fenrir class is also accompanied by a fleet of smaller warships, meaning that grounding one is no small task. Wherever there is battle to be had, the Fenrir battleship will have it.
The flagship of each regional fleet, and defended by two entire Fenrir battlegroups, an HSN Mjollnir class airborne aircraft carrier is used to support ground troops and armor when ground based aircraft are not available, in addition to it's primary role as a mobile command center. Each Mjollnir houses an admiral, and has operational control of all airborne assets in it's region. This makes them prime targets for Venture raids, as taking out a carrier would no doubt cause chaos in the lower levels of the fleet.
