Here is a presentation of all my custom blocks .

1 - RAW BLOCKS

55 block ... 11 by corp. You can make storage blocks for each raw ressource of the game.

25 apr 2019 :
- added BF raw blocks
- remake all texturing


KNOW BUGS : sometimes, HE and VEN don't scrap .

2 - THE BIG BATTERY

It's a common work :

- idea : Sachiho
- 3D modeling : Legionite
- texturing : Whitepaw / gwlegion
- json : gwlegion

This is a 4x4x4 high tech GeoCorp battery.
It has 10 times the GC battery capacity ... but it's expensive, high weight, and very fragile.

3 - THE MILITARISED LIGHT RADAR


This is the venture radar with HawkEye texturing ... nothing more, nothing less.

4 - component storage blocks


looks like component ... but that's block made each by 1 component ...
Just to be able to store them, and move a full base without selleing the stored components

Just beacause non symetrical thing are mostly unusable ...

6 - Led battery indicator

Big led pannels for show bettery charge . all are 4x1, there is the LED style, a full beam style, and the BF decorated one.
bf decorated model is made by whytepaw.

maybe i'll do packages ....
-storage things (raw storage / component storage)
-simple blocks ( militarized light radar / mirrored notch armor plate)
-industrial things (big battery, GC autominer when work, and GEO pacekeeper if i can make something that work)

bro, these need a .dll file in the folder, please tell me it's not there because it's unfinished, i was HYPED for these blocks because they'd be VERY useful, but no dll file means the mod doesn't register as an existing thing.

It use custom blocks mod ... so it don't need any DLL ...

install whitepaw custom block mod, and copy the folder inside custom block folder ...

something like this :
-TerraTech Beta/Custom Blocks/Raw blocks/


At this moment, it's working for me ...

It use custom blocks mod ... so it don't need any DLL ...

install whitepaw custom block mod, and copy the folder inside custom block folder ...

something like this :

At this moment, it's working for me ...
oh, well i checked a couple other block mods, there were dlls

Slight problem, you can't scrap them back into their resource form
...Also you can't attach them to a tech due to no APs, not sure if that's intentional or not

can you make something similar to the component storage but with resource chunks instead. on chunk, refined and unrefined

I LOVE IT!!!

so Now i don't have to use tractor pads or silos to move them. I can just send them to my SCU

To be honest though, i'd really love a 2x2x2 block (GEO block size) for a crated variant of some components. x8 the resources in one block.
Plus, it'd look SWEET to have such crates with some icons i can easily whip up in Paint 3D

if you need some simplistic designs for the symbols/decals in the skin for each crate, IF you consider my idea, i'll collaborate with you on it.

you can turn back to resource form with GSO scrapper.
No ap is intentionnal ... it's just for storage purpose.

Ty for the reply ... i'm very happy each time someone say something like that ^^

2x2x2 is HE ressource block size ... GC is 2x2x3.

he for 8 pieces
gc for 12 pieces

it's a good idea ... i can try to make a block with the component floating inside ... could be a great design ... i'll think of it.
If i can make a proof of concept, we can work on it together

I mean a block that takes 1 resource to make, with one for each raw and refined resource, using the same model as the resource chunk.
Basically your component blocks mod, but with individual resource

block for fiberwood = 1 fiberwood (raw wood)
block for fibron chunk = 1 fibron chunk (refined wood)
and so on
