Game Not Loading

My game has been getting stuck on the third loading screen where it's black with the four blocks in the corner. When I check the output, it says it had an HTTP 410 error, but it gives no information on what caused it. There is also a texture swapper error earlier in the log, but it seems too delayed to be the cause.

my guess to the cause is one of the following
1 internet connection issues (possible isp or other cause)
2 memory (ram issues in computer) (giving both memory corruption and altered program results)
