Basically I want to create a faction of low profile, knowledge seeking, Erudite worshiping, ore eating cult.
The member will share their knowledge to The Giant Slab of Erudite that's sentient, AKA: Tabula Smaragdina, Emerald Tablet or The Grand Archive
They will sometimes go undercover within other faction to seek more knowledge, but because they believe that knowledge must be earned by construction and cooperation, not destruction, they refuse to choose means that will likely cause trouble and conflict to other factions.
Although they're low profile, they're friendly towards sentient beings like humans and AI(cause they can share knowledge), but have no mercy when encounter aggressive non-sentient beings like swarm of low intelligent space bugs.
There are three ranking within the faction: Pilgrim, Harbinger and Councillor
Pilgrims are aware of The Emerald harbinger and willing to learn their ways but they haven't consume enough Erudite or not worthy to be granted the Harbinger rank and can not enter the realm of The Emerald Tablet.
Through meditation, active knowledge seeking and consuming Erudite, a Pilgrim can one day hear the summon of Tabula Smaragdina, the Pilgrim will then go through a journey in order to answer the summon(dive right into a violent space time anomaly that will normally disintegrate anything into subatomic particles) the Pilgrim then wake up in The hall of Emerald Tablet, the Pilgrim will get ascended and become a Harbinger.
Councillors are old Harbingers that elected in order to manage and make minor decisions for the faction(major decisions are made and broadcast between Harbingers and Councillors by The Erudite Slab it self).
Harbingers and Councillors are granted several abilities by The Erudite Slab, this includes:

- Summon and safe access though The Gate(AKA that deadly space time anomaly).
- Communicate with The Emerald Tablet and other Harbingers anytime anywhere as long as they doesn't refuse to do so.
- Able to communicate through mind, even works on AI and other non-organic lifeform as long as they are sentient.
- Immortality, but will turn into sentient statue if retired and choose to sit in The hall of Emerald Tablet and meditate to eternity.
- Able to channel Erudite or Erudite based system to gain vision even control remotely.
- Recall back to The hall of Emerald Tablet when in danger.
- Can sometimes predict the future, especially when unknown danger approaches.
