Draw distance and flying.

Being able to fly abled me to see the draw distance as a slap in the face. On the ground the camera/effects/action do well to distract you from it, but flying, much poofs away from view fast.

Could this not be hidden by a "storm" or wind effects of some sort? The game is very pleasant and artistic and minimalistic but a big blue draw distance is maybe a bit too old school.

The best thing I could think is a heat haze effect in the desert area to hide the distance and maybe a distant layered fog for grassland and a snowy/blowy effect in the "snow" areas. Or just go real ol' and everything in the distance is wireframe and gets textured close up... HAH, that's a different game entirely... Hmmmm.

Anyone else bothered by this or am I just a crazy person.

nope, I too am bothered by this, however, I think by limited draw distance, they are able to make the game run faster, when more optimizations come into the game The draw distance will become bigger!

It also lags when generating new terrain.
