Controller switch + SCU

It would be nice if the controller switch could turn off Mobil SCUs, block magnets, refineries, delivery canons and the like. It would add some nice flexibility alowing you to switch from scraping things to putting things in storage for later. And almost a must have for mobile factories.

Hmm I guess we could have another block with separate symbols to show which ones are on or off, but I think I'd rather have control over all utility blocks without such an endgame level block. Maybe we could have a hidable HUD somewhere on the screen that lists all the utilities in the tech and perhaps lets us assign hotkeys for each of them.

The Power Control Block was just the start.

We want to add more types of control blocks, it would make weapon grouping easier for example.
