The deadline for this one will be July 8 so there is lots of time to get your techs in. The video will be posted as soon as possible.

Each member can post up to three techs and make sure to add instructions if needed. Only snapshots will be accepted as I want all the techs to be seen on the thread. No links to steam will be allowed.
Snapshots or R&D saves are welcome as these will be shown in the R&D.

I'll do my best to get everyone's techs in, but if there are too many I might have to leave some out.
I would recommended numbering your techs 1, 2 , 3 so I know what one is most important to you.

The two techs below are my 2 submission for this CCS. They were made for the NeuTecha Project for use at the Forges location.

The first one is the operator of the forge Blake Smith.

The second is a turret that should aid in keeping the area clean and tidy.

My first submission is actually a save that I would like you to use for everyone's techs
Its called 'Fresh Save' and its just a fresh R and D save with a large and faster charging station near the spawn, because after a few videos I figured you were tired of waiting hours for a tech to charge

Here are the my two techs:

This plane is powered by guns only, though it handles like a normal plane. Just be careful not to get close to enemy techs or else the guns will target

Here is the GSO Block Goddess, a mobile crafting tech designed to turn resources into bricks en masse:

The Block Goddess can be a bit picky about her anchoring spots, so be careful.

INSTRUCTIONS:
AIRSHIP SPAWNS IN ANCHORED, CHARGE FOR FULL COMBAT CAPABILITY. SHIFT TO GAIN HEIGHT, WASD TO MOVE, STOP MOVING TO SLOWLY LOSE HEIGHT.

AIRSHIP SUFFERS FROM A WEIRD BUG WHICH MAKES IT LEAN A LOT WHEN TURNING. RELOAD TECH TO FIX.

I don't have any artistic skill so I'll go for the utilitarian aspect. Here we have the Hoverseer, aka, 'Look Ma, No Conveyors'. It is simply a wide area resource collector to simplify mining operations. And, well, it doesn't hover, but...

Here we have a more conventional showcase tech, the Dragonhead prototype force projector. In typical Hawkeye fashion it can outdistance, outgun or outrun most opponents. Impunity added with no extra cost.

Hoverwaffy MkII.png
The Hoverwaffy is my first attempt at creating a vehicle using the hover bug. It's incredibly fast, with a top speed of 98 mph and can reach that speed in 2.8 seconds. Its torque is high, and has rudders to prevent the vehicle from drifting. Mounted on it is a total of 12 GSO missile batteries, four cruise missiles, and four avalanche missile launchers. It falls short in durability, reliant on its maneuverability to avoid taking damage.

I have two submissions for this showcase.

My first submission is my Flying Pyramid. It takes some skills to manoeuvre this hovercraft. It gets very unstable when there is some techs right below it because of the hover plates interacting with the techs. Press "B" immediately to get it back to stable position. Turning it can be very slow but can be done much easier by pressing "B" then turn around then move forward.

Great job on the techs everybody, I see me having a bunch of fun with these :)!
No more entries after this point for this community core showcase, but they will be more than welcome in the next one.
I'll be back with the video on the upcoming Saturday. See ya then!

That's a really awesome video @reaperx1 and also everyone's submissions here :). I'm sorry for getting you get hit a lot by those missiles while controlling my pyramid. I should have added some wings to the underneath of the tech to ease turning hehe :D.

Hopefully there will be more CCS like this in the coming future.

Thanks, but I couldn't have done it without all the awesome everyone brought to the CCS! It's all good, getting hit is a part of a good battle. You should be proud of your tech because it did get hit that much and was still able to fly away to fight another day.
There will be more of the CCS. The only thing that will stop them is if the Dev's start streaming the Community Core again. This is just to fill in while they are busy.

I'm pretty sure that the "Hoverwaffy" got bitten by the off-axis flying tech from snapshot bug. Just detach and reattach any block and it works fine.
Ahh, that would explain why it worked correctly after losing a block or two. Thanks for the tip!
