This is my Version. The Evil Twin, musst be an Bad Ass Bastard Guy 
I edited it, now its Version 4:
Try the following:
Use B to lift the Evil Twin up
Once it is up in the Air press and hold Shift
Watch it fly and land again!

Not illegal, just not intended. There are a lot of blocks that are able to be used that aren't intended to be accessed.Well, i didnt know that it is illegal

You are allowed to use them, but it can be difficult to get them, and they will probably be removed at some point.
Well, he's an evil TWIN, so he should have so resemblance (idk how do u spell it). I used the HE Fort Armors to mimic the plough, because he can't hold it in his plough
