I've recently came up with some interesting idea:

Black Market:
In my suggestions about Space Junkys, I've talked about they're not only doing scrap businesses, but also own black markets.

how I think black market work in the game is you can only locate black market when you have SJ radar on, the black market will act like a special trading post, it's hidden under the surface until you approach it with your SJ radar.

It will sell blocks from other corp including ones that needs higher licence with increased price, it also is the only place that sell alien artifacts.

Alien Ruins:
I'm thinking of that the planet is once a colony of alien race that has been long abandon since the sea level went way down(they are marine lifeforms), they left over countless facility and technology that decayed or buried over time.

those remains court the attention of organizations that wants to possess their power(Reticule Research, Space Junkys and Legion), the very first functional ruin that you find was located right under The Core created by Legion, it surfaced after you nuked the place into a crater, other ruins can rarely spawn in all biome.

in ruin, you will encounter ancient guardian mechs, or other tomb raiders that you need to fight off in order to gain access to the center.

in the center of the ruin is some sort of altar with alien language written all around it, you later found out that the altar acts like a fabricator that instead of feeding it resources and components, you feed it blocks and alien artifacts(two insert, one for blocks, one for artifacts), what it can fabricate is still unknown until you reached the max level of GSO, RR, SJ and Legion, together they can decode alien language, thus you unlock the recipe for alien tech,

every altar you find have a few random recipe available, and can only craft limited times per day before running out of power,

comment below what kind alien tech you want to have.

Alien Artifacts:
Alien artifacts act like resources or components that can be pick up using collectors and send to fabrication systems, it can be use to craft alien tech at the altar or end game tech from any corps in the game, it cannot be launched by recourse cannon and you cannot sell it at trading post other than SJ black markets(SJ will pay you a lot to buy it)

you will normally find alien artifacts in some alien ruins that will sit on top the altar, or it will be carried by enemy in Artifact Raiding missions from SJ.(artifacts can only be use for selling before you defeat The Core)

I saw black market and I immediately thought of Reticule Research, but I see it being able to work for Space Junkers as well.

Basically I was thinking of the Space Junkers get their black market merchandise mainly from scavenging and smuggling, and they also raid alien ruins for artifacts, many outlaws and secret organization are their big customer.

Contained Artifact:
basically alien artifacts but in block form for easy storage, you can craft it using SJ, RR, GSO and Legion fabricator to craft it, require an artifact, refined carbite, titanite and celestite, need to be returned to resource form in order to use it in crafting.

Type of Ruins:

Altar:
Have an alien altar sitting in the center of the ruin, use as a special fabricator to craft alien tech, the altar have limited use per day, and will change recipes available each day, usually requires artifact and blocks from existing corps to craft alien blocks, it often spawn with a random artifact sitting on top of it.

Vault:
A pyramid with a vault door on it, usually guarded by Ancient Guardians(tech made with unobtainable blocks that will destroy when detached) or Tomb Raiders(techs made with blocks from existing corps) that you need to fight off, those without them will often require a "Void Key" artifact that you can buy from the black market or found it throughout the world.
When opened, it will give decent quantities of random Alien Artifacts or, if you lucky, a few alien blocks.

Hangar:
A large structure that resembles closed shell, that's also usually guarded by Ancient Guardians or Tomb Raiders, or need to be opened by using the "Void Key".
when opened, it will give you a random size(small, medium, large) tech that made entirely from alien blocks.

The rarity of each type of ruins from low to high is Altar, Vault, Hangar.

Alientechs:
Here are some alientech that I came up with, please note that every alien tech are associate with an alien artifact, so be sure to think of an artifact for your alientech suggestions(ocean life references are preferred).

Artifact"Shoggoth Seed":
A seed that use to grow an shape shifting, multipurpose artificial algae lifeform that was created by the alien race, mainly used as structural material, can follow simple command by applying electrical current.

"Something tells me it bi AAAAAAAAAA IT DOES!"- a armless RR member

Shoggoth standard block:
Standard blocks used by the alien race, by feeding shoggoth minerals extracted from sea beds, they can turn into a material that both very tough and highly malleable, it can sense incoming attack and harden before taking damage while distribuit impact to nearby shoggoth block, making it very damage resistant and harder to fall off(but it have less residence against continuus high heat and acid) , it also acts as batteries and solar generators(not very efficient) due to it's photosynthesis properties, and it can also heal it self without the need of healing bubbles(will consume power when not under sunlight), these properties will increase 5% efficiency with each attachment is attached with another shoggoth block.
Block Size: 1x1x1, 2x1x1, 2x2x1, 3x2x1, 3x3x1, 5x5x1

Shoggoth armor plate:
Armor plates that's made of shoggoth, that's focused on redirecting damage and hardening, it have much higher damage and heat/acid residence than standard blocks but will not heal without power and can't store and generate power.
Block Size 2x1x1, 2x2x1, 4x2x1, 4x3x1

Shoggoth float cell:
A light shoggoth block that have gas pocket within it, less damage resistant but much lighter, also won't heal without power and can't store and generate power, instead, it acts as fuel tanks due to it can generate biofuel gas(also not very efficient), it will not cause explosion when destroyed, it also can use as floater to float on water(if we got water)
Block Size: 2x1x1, 2x2x1

Shoggoth solar fins:
Rotatable fins that can be use both above and underwater, damage and heat/acid resistance are about the same as float cell, but it can act as solar panels that's more efficient than standard blocks(but it don't store power)

Shoggoth rooting anchor:
A rotate anchor block made of shoggoth's root, can be activate midair, it will stretch it self all the way to the ground or seabed, will heal it self without using power when rooted.
Block Size: 2x2x1

Shoggoth mineral extractor:
A special auto miner that use shoggoth's root to extract mineral from the ground, when placing on the ore vein, it gives double the resources per extraction, it also have the ability to extract random resource when not placed on ore vein with less frequency(chance of the resource extracted depends on the biome), has a very low chance of extracting an Artifact(0.5%).

Artifact"Phase Crystal":
A strange substance that resembles a crystal that's constantly having shifting and flickering visual effect, it will transfer its surroundings into a sub-dimensional space of this world when electric current is applied, makes them barely visible and can travel through most solid objects like a ghost.

"This thing is beyond sharp, I dropped this on myself yesterday, and it slice my toe right off without me feeling it!"- a toeless RR member

Phase Shift Engine:
A device that's able to sent a whole tech into sub-dimensional space, your surroundings will become gray scaled, you can move twice as fast and can go through obstacles such as trees, rocks, enemy techs and attacks(but not terrains), it consumes a lot of power when activate and will continue draining power during phase shifting, will deactivate when firing weapons(except Phase Torpedo) , power depletion or taking damage, good for stealth and evading.
Block Size 2x2x2

Phase Torpedo:
A non-guided torpedo with built in Micro Phase Shift Engine, able to launch into the sub-dimensional space and re-enter main dimension after 2 second , dealing damage from inside of your enemy( you need to position yourself in order to land hits inside your enemy), also this is the only weapon that will not deactivate phase shift when fired, and one of the few ways to deal damage to phasing objects.
Block Size 3x1x1

Phase Blade:
A near zero thickness blade made of phase crystal that's so precise that it can detach blocks from enemy tech with minimum damage.
Block Size 4x3x1

Dimensional Quake Emitter: (thanks to @Rafs )
A device that send a violent wave of warped space time into the sub-dimensional space by striking overcharged phase crystal with a hammer, this will knock anything in range that's in phasing state back to the main dimension, dealing massive damage(will damage your self if using during phase shift), it also destroys incoming Phase Torpedo, comes in anchored and portable, anchored has more range.

Artifact"The Frozen Queen":
The queen of a type of alien crustacean that lived on this planet a long time ago and had been tamed and genetically modified by the alien race, the queen had been kept in a frozen container that preserves it until this day, this type of creature are eusociality animals much like ants, there's six different classes that will fulfill their role(King, Queen, Bishop, Knight, Castle, Pawn) and all have the ability to generate powerful electric currents to communicate with each other and defend them self, they also have symbiosis relationship with shoggoth.

"Don't even thinking about eating it, it taste like piss, it will zap you, and it might more likely to kill you before you can even cook it, don't ask me how I know that!"- a hairless RR member

The Queen's chamber & Artifact"Thunder Shrimp Cocoon":
A block of shoggoth that's made into the queen's chamber(King & Queen), this acts like a BF ion generator which you can feed it any resources to generate power for your batteries, but it also will give you Artifact"Thunder Shrimp Cocoon" once per day, Thunder Shrimp Cocoon can be made into 5 types of blocks which are "Healer Cell (Bishop)", "Guardian Cell (Castle)", "Creep Mine (Knight)", "Barrack (Pawn)", and "Bio Battery (Cocoons)"

Healer Cell (Bishop):
Shoggoth cell that contains a "Bishop" type of the "Thunder Shrimp", have the ability to project healing bubble same size as the Hawkeye healer but consume less energy and heals faster, heals extra if have more Healer Cell are on the same tech.
Block Size 2x1x1

Guardian Cell (Castle):
Shoggoth cell that contains a "Castle" type of the "Thunder Shrimp", have the ability to project shield bubble size larger than Hawkeye shield projector but consume less energy on hit, also have the ability to damage nearby enemy with electric shock.
Block Size 2x2x1

Creep Mine (Knight):
Shoggoth block that contains multiple cells of "Knight" type of the "Thunder Shrimp", when a electric signal is sent, a "Knight" will launch out from the tube, it have two attack mode, when not lock on, it will dig it self under the surface at where it lands and engage when a enemy is near it's location, charge at the target and release an explosive discharge of electricity and acid which it will die on the spot, if locked on target, they will go straight to the target.

Barrack (Pawn):
Hive made of shoggoth that contains multiple cells of "Pawn" type of the "Thunder Shrimp", when a electric signal is sent, "Pawns" will launch out from the tubes, "Pawns" will use electric magnetic field to propel them in the air, seek and destroy enemy techs.
Block Size 3x2x2

Bio Battery (Cocoons):
Cells that contains the cocoon of the "Thunder Shrimp", can act as very efficient batteries.

Artifact"Biological Integrated Circuit" AKA Bio-Computer:
A super advanced integrated circuit made entirely out of living bio-organisms and encased with shoggoth that will modify it self to suit almost any situations(the perfected version of the Legion Core), often use as high performance processor in many control systems and smart weapons.

A small driver's cab made with combination of alien alloy and shoggoth materials, that have build in bio-computer which can communicate with the hole system within the tech in order to better assist the driver, have build in fuel and power HUD and can also acts as AI block when not controlled by player and can heal with power when at least one standard shoggoth block is attached to it, use "Fang" guided torpedo as it's weapon(small torpedo that looks like energy missiles with bright green glow), fire two shot at once.

"Dagon"Class Control Cab:
A medium driver's cab made with of combination alien alloy and shoggoth materials, have better hit points then "Deep Ones", have build in fuel and power HUD and can also acts as AI block when not controlled by player, can heal with power when at least one standard shoggoth block is attached to it, use "Fang" guided torpedo as it's weapon, fire four shot at once.

"Hydra"Class Control Cab:
A large and heavy driver's cab made with combination of alien alloy and shoggoth materials, have very high hit points compare to "Dagon" , have build in fuel and power HUD and can also acts as AI block when not controlled by player and can heal with power when at least one standard shoggoth block is attached to it, use "Shoal" guided torpedo as it's weapon, fire ten shot at once.
Block Size 3x4x3

"Stingray"Attack UAV:
A compact Attack UAV that resembles the shape of a stingray, made mainly out of light and flexible shoggoth material ,making it fast and agile in the air and underwater, have two attack mode, when not lock on it will circle around briefly(will return when it hit's terrain) and shoot enemies with energy missiles when it found them, when locked on, it will go directly to the target and drop a powerful energy bomb on them, it will only launch one UAV with each weapon until it returned or got shot down, reload speed is slightly longer than Hawkeye cruise missile(this only apply when UAV got shot down, instant reload when it returns to you).

Multi-Dimensional Radar System:
By using the Bio-Computer, the Phase Crystal and inter-dimensional sonar technology, creates a radar system that's not using electrol-magnetic wave such as radio waves to detect objects, instead it use wave of warped space time that will penetrate most of the barrier and still work when other methods fail, able to filter detected object on the HUD(detects resources, alien ruins and black markets), it's also the only way you can detect a phase shifting object, have build in altimeter and speedometer.

Relative Position Stabilizer:
A advance stabilizing computer that will correct your tech's X and Z axle rotation according to your relative position to the planet, also resist force along X,Y and Z axle when there's no input, you can also adjust your X and Z rotation using it's UI

Artifact"Void Key":
A small device that suppose to be a combination of decoder,micro portal gate ,GPS and beacon that's linked to the portal gate of the containment unit used by the alien race, it's basic function is to open the portal to allow access the containment unit, but it can also be easily modified to use as a translocator for transportation purposes.

"Abyssal Gate"SCU:
A storage system that fulfill the purpose of a SCU unit, however how it work is completely different, instead of attract and compress blocks like normal SCU would do, it locates the position of blocks in range, then create small portals on the spot to send it strate to the storage unit, which the block will have no chance of stucking somewhere and it saves a lot of time(range equal to Hawkeye SCU), have portable version that can be turn on and off, but need to consume power to work.

Translocator & Translocation Beacon:
A portable portal gate transportation device used by the alien race to hop between settlements, you can choose which location you want to teleport, you will need to place and name the Translocation Beacon as the port of transport, have startup time and will consume power during activation, you can only teleport when you are in build mod and taking damage will stop the startup process.

Emergency Translocator:
A portable portal gate transportation device that its purpose is different to the normal one, it can be activate with a key to teleport you forward for a short distance, or teleport you to the nearest working Translocation Beacon(Translocation Beacon will not work when enemies are near) when your shields are down, can be turn on and off.

Dislocator:
A weaponized portal gate transportation device that its purpose is different to the normal one, this launches a missile that will teleport the enemy a short distance away from you, damaging it in the process, works like cruise missile.

Portal Mine:
A weaponized portal gate transportation device that its purpose is different to the normal one, this launches a mine that will open a portal to a bio weapon containment unit, the portal will release shadow tentacles to immobilize and crush the enemy that comes near, works like the sticky bomb launcher with slower fire rate.

Super Weapon"Azathoth": (thanks to @Rafs )
A special "Void Key" that gives you the permission to access the forbidden bio-weapon of mass destruction created by alien race, which later be called by humans as "Azathoth", it's been described by the research data found in the ruin that: "The device activates, the sky turn into dark green, countless eyes of monster looks down on them while it's many hand grab, crush and drag them into the abyss, never to be see again."

A very hard crystal of Carbite that looks both beautiful and unsettling with a green glow emitting from it's center, it have an unusual properties of bending and amplify radiation and force fields passing through it when electric current is appalled, making it the perfect catalyst for weapons and force field projectors.

"What did I told you about shining laser pointer through Abyssal Diamond?" "Is it 'FxxING AWESOME!'?" "NO!!!" - a RR Lab Supervisor that got his office burned down.

"R'lyeh"class anti-gravity generator:
A powerful anti-gravity generator using "Abyssal Diamond" to greatly amplify the anti-gravity field, often used by alien race to counteract the weight of their massive mother ship or fortifications, has 2.5 times the radius of BF heavy anti-gravity generator and it will reduce weight to zero, 150% more power hungry and startup time.

A powerful shield projector using "Abyssal Diamond" to greatly amplify the shield force field, used by alien race to protect their capital ship and city, has 5 times the radius of Hawkeye shield projector, and will repel enemy techs away, 300% more power hungry and startup time.

A powerful repair projector using "Abyssal Diamond" to greatly amplify the repair field, used by alien race to repair their capital ship and city, has 5 times the radius of Hawkeye repair projector, 250% more power hungry and startup time.

"R'lyeh"class dimensional anchor:
A special anchor block that's not connected to the ground in anyway, by using 4 Dimensional stake(made by Phase Crystal, Abyssal Diamond and Dimensional stabilizer) to fix it's relative position to the planet, stays very still in the air.

Rift Shield projector:
Using Abyssal Diamond to amplify the "Rift"(A violent space time vortex) projected to make it more viable as a defensive weapon, the Rift will be project in front of the weapon and stay in position in 5 second, enemy techs and projectiles will be crush by the vortex if came in contact with the Rift.

Directional Hyper Gravity Cannon:
Using a line of Abyssal Diamond amplifier to greatly amplify the and focus the gravity wave to create a destructive "Beam" of hyper gravity, crushing every thing in it's path, take quite a long time to charge up.

"Nyarlathotep" beam cannon:
A special beam cannon that will project a Shining Trapezohedron a distance in front of it, the Shining Trapezohedron will auto target up to 8 enemies at a time, melting them with green beams(have small aoe where the hit lands),beams will focus when there's less than 8 targets or you lock onto a single target(up to 8 times the damage and aoe), dealing more damage, also will try to shoot down large missiles and UAV.

"Trident" stun cannon:
A weapon that use Abyssal Diamond to amplify and focus electric current of the "Thunder Shrimps", launch electric arcs to stun your enemies in a cone shape area, it go through shields and deal extra damage to electrical and accessory blocks, and will "Stun" enemy tech for 2 seconds,

Gravity wave propeller:
A propeller that use amplified gravity wave to propel forward, very quiet compare to other type of propellers because their's no moving parts, and no propellant was used, also comes with turning propellers.

Particle Beam thruster:
A thruster that use charged particle as propellant, the Abyssal Diamond amplifies the acceleration of the charged particles to an insane level, that you can get very powerful trust that a normal Ion thruster can only dream of, but the charged particle that exits will be pact with such energy that will very likely melt any thing stand in front of it, might be a good weapon though.

Dimensional Wave Rider:
A special hover that don't repel objects and terrains, but projects a warped space time around it that looks like water surface, makes the tech "floats" on top of it, can adjust the height using binded keys, the virtual water will stay at your adjusted level, let you sail on a virtual sea using basically water physics.
