BF sapper, supply transport

A new tech by BF, the sapper is a heavily armed supply transport designed for comfort and utility. by default it is eqquiped with heavy shields, missiles, and even an HE laser. But that isn't the only form this beast comes in. BF also supplies a joint ops unit which includes 4 Venture scout hovers armed for any job.

I did a lot of testing with this thing fighting it, making sure it worked and all that as it is one of the builds I wanted to submit for the tech pool. I sort of broke the rules and submitted it anyway but I know that will likely be invalid so posting here.
