The block measurements are (length x width x height)

The tesla coil: a weapon that fires a continuous stream of electricity that zaps enemy techs (grade 1) (1x1x1)
Laser smg: a small, fast firing, low damage, medium accuracy laser. Mounted on a turret (Grade 1) (1x1x1)
Tiny plasma cutter: a small plasma cutter with a 3 block range, low damage, yet very light and compact, compared to GeoCorp (grade 1) (1x1x1)
Laser rifle: a rifle with a long range, decent fire rate and good damage turret mounted (grade 2) (2x1x1)
Laser beam: a large, heavy laser weapon that fires a continuous beam, high damage and high accuracy, rather long range, mounted on turret (Grade 2) (2x2x1)
Mini plasma cannon: a plasma cannon that fires explosive plasma balls at a slow rate, is mounted on a turret (grade 2) (3x2x1)
Gatling laser: a fast firing, high accuracy, low damage, turret mounted beast, requires a few moments to spool up (grade 3) (2x2x1)
Plasma cannon: a larger variant of the mini plasma cannon, it shoots slower and has higher damage, it also has a large explosion radius turret mounted (grade 3) (3x2x3)
Bhg 8000: the big heckin’ gun 8000 is a massive plasma cannon that does massive damage, it has a very slow fire rate, it takes a second to charge up, but when it hits something, that something ceases to exist (grade 3) (4x4x4)
Homing plasma launcher: this weapon launches a volley of 4 small tech seeking plasma balls, they are extremely accurate and do a fair amount of damage, but it dosent shoot very fast or have a turret (grade 3) (2x2x1)

How's this:
If they want to leave it all Saud Kruger like (no guns, just basking) how about we strap some birth control pills. 1x1x1 Point deffence module against missiles. And if that is not enough, how about an energy stealing weapon, like reverse charger. Hits you with harpoon (big spread of course) and drains a bit from the enemy batteries!

Tesla could drain batteries and ignore shielding

I like the tiny plasma cutter, could be great for high speed hovercraft techs

Lasers are good but remember that we already have a lot of them (Gatling's fine with me tho)

Beam + BHG 8000 should both have fixed mounts in my opinion and the big boi could charge up like rails in Elite: Dangerous

Plasma launchers.... just stop ripping Robocraft off m8 you ain't fooling anyone XD

Err, mate, I see what you mean with the reverse charger, which might have been suggested before, but:

What in the world do you mean in this???

Singularity launcher - launch one, and watch it slowly tear off the blocks of the enemy tech, adding them to your SCU storage. Also has a sucking effect, which impales the speed of lighter techs. Eco-friendly.

Adding "Eco-friendly" doesn't make it fit here... Sounds like it would fit much, much, better in Reticule Research.
Black holes (singularities) are the final word in non eco friendliness as they rip up celestial bodies for dinner. I agree that recficule would have something like that though.

Well then...
ZEUS rangefinder - calls down an orbital strike from a space laser weapon platform. Long reload, slow ray itself, tries to track targets.
Works this way: A range finder calls down a strike, the beam charges up for a second - would be nice to have a shining dot in the sky - and descends upon the enemy. If the enemy runs away it should try and track it - although VERY slowly.
Is this one Eco-friendly enough?
Or Liquid Nitrogen thrower - impales the speed of wheels and tracks affected, as well as the rotation of weapons affected. Also deals damage similar to Venture flamer.

Interestingly, they could use it for energy generation, using the Penrose Process. Reticule Research would likely do this.
Basically, rotating black holes, such as Kerr black holes, warp spacetime around them in a way that, within a volume outside the event horizon called the ergosphere, it is impossible to stay still, as space itself is moving faster than the speed of light. The effect of this is that any object/particle within this volume is forced (no pun intended) to move in the direction that the ring singularity (aka ringularity) is rotating. This transfers angular momentum from the ringularity to the object, resulting in a decrease of energy in the ringularity, and an increase of energy to the object. Of course, the black hole needs to have the energy replenished somehow in order to continue to be used, but that is as simple as giving it more mass.

In short. Think of a whirlpool of water. If you move with the current, you go out faster than you came in.

Hey, I suggested this! Here! Nice to see other people have thought of it :). Means the devs are more likely to think about it :p. Though like other people have said, it's not really eco-friendly. A plasma fusion cannon would be better, though still might fit with RR.

That part with birth control pills is only there for comic relief, the thing after it is important. I tought that was obvious. And if you're wondering about what Saud Kruger is, it's a manufacturer of luxury crew ships from Elite: Dangerous. Look it up.
