This is my sky anchored air base, it has an air strip, 2 hangars and 2 control towers (that doesn't really do anything except for show at this version). The idea is, to just find 4 even anchor points, drop this in, deploy the propulsion, and boom, you have an instant airbase whenever, wherever you want.

The propulsion system consisted of 4 arrays of Better Future large ion propeller, each with a sky anchor in the center, and a perpetual motion engine located inside the control towers for keeping the base mid-air

The air strip is 64 blocks long, which is the longest you can do on one tech at this time (definitely needs more though) with guide lights on the sides. This strip is wide enough for small to medium aircraft to land on, and take off from. By small I mean the two fighters on my hangar, and by medium I mean my interceptor on the runway

The hangars on this MKIII version is equipped with two repair bubbles so you can repair the aircraft while waiting for another sortie. The batteries are actually leftovers from the MKII version where this base still uses anti-grav technology so they should be more than enough to power the repair bubbles in the hangar. On the sides of this base you will find some solar panels, which are also leftovers from the earlier MKI version where the base doesn't even have the ability to instantly deploy to maximum height (you actually needed to wait for the panels to deploy, fill the batteries, and also wait for the anti-grav to kick in, what a nightmare)

With this version, deploying during nighttime is also an option because this base does not need power to begin deploying, thanks to the perpetual motion engine. The only thing needing power is the repair bubbles in the hangar (definitely need to utilize all that batteries for for something though, maybe on future versions)

On the side note, the devs really needs to make deployable landing gears to be manually activated, or at least make them able to deploy on top of another tech. My interceptor looks like a stranded fish lol

This is my tiny aircraft carrier:6-26-2020_12-39-59_PM-p4y0sf2j.png
Above are three Light Bomber Mk1 'Bard's modified for carrier use. The Hub wheels work on the BF stream blocks with Car controls, albeit they move slowly.

That's really compact, I like it. Also thinking about converting this air base into an actual, combat capable aircraft carrier. What kind of landing gears are you using on those bombers? Edit: totally misread that, I thought the hub wheels are for the carrier lol

As I said, the Hub Wheels. Tried to put mini megaton gunners on there and found out they worked. Also to get the bombers on I set hover height to 0 and flew them from 50ft away. In normal hover mode your landing takes up most of the deck. Btw thats 44 cells long.
