Interesting but a few problems. Firstly it's based around GSO tech which is limited especially the scrappers as you don't get many chunks from each one. There's a resource bottleneck in the silo's. The scrapper is in the wrong location. All crafted items end up being sold by the scrapper instead of entering the fabricator. If you change the filter on it to refined items only then you can't fabricate anything that needs refined materials.
Not sure why you put so many scrappers on the build to be honest. Could probably do with adding fabricators for other factions as well into the build.
I have some of my own fabrication/scrapper/refinery builds etc in small footprints if you want to view them and try them out. Unfortunately the crafting system has major issues so they don't work 100% without player input.
Otherwise good attempt and some good ideas on your build.
Actually perfectly condensed modification from ZG's core.
I only have one trouble using this; inserting 4 or more condensed resource block is difficult.
I were able to insert 6 or so blocks each kind of resource with ZG's core.
