Description
This issue started with a new campaign in version 1.5.2 and carried over into version 1.5.3.0.1
A number of missions items are not appearing at nav points and the missions can't be completed.
The second breaker is not at the nav point in the HUBL, BUBL & TRUBL mission.
In a We've got Hostiles mission the enemy tech group shows up on radar but when I arrived at the nav
point but the enemy tech group is not there.
In the In Search of Science Mission a nav appears but Atom can't be found at that location.
Steps to reproduce.

I've included some screen shots
I've done the Better Future and Recticule Reseach mission in the past but don't recall how they went. If there is some step I'm missing to complete the missions any insight or advice is appreciated.
