[1.3.7.6] Explosive Damage Changes

Testing out the improved Type 45 today led me to bring out the Mk.3 for a solid comparison, however I noticed that the damage figures of the Mk.3 were off. Curious, I decided to see if there were other changes in weapon figures and found the following:
  • The Mk.3 Battleship Cannon dealt 6500 damage a shot according to the DPS Counter as of 1.3.7.2, currently it does anywhere between 6050 and 6250 (Edit: 6350 but I only saw this happen 3 times out of around 50) damage a shot, with the number never the same 2 shots in a row.
  • The HG1 dealt 2350 damage a shot, now deals anywhere between 2000 and 2100, inconsistent, and trending below 2050 damage
  • The Megaton Cannon dealt (I believe) 2300 damage a shot; now deals 2000, consistent (Though I saw 2006 damage once I cannot replicate it)
  • The Gigaton Cannon dealt 5350 damage a shot, now down between 5000 and 5200, inconsistent and trending low
  • The Venture Rapid Cannon dealt 1000 damage a shot, remains the same and is consistent
  • The HE Cruise Missile has been affected the same way as the HG1 as they did the same damage before, with inconsistent damage values
  • The Paladin Bomb dealt 3000 damage a hit and remains the same, also consistent
  • Big Bertha has been affected the same way as the Mk.3, and is inconsistent
  • All Mortars have the same damage figures and are consistent
  • All other missiles have the same damage figures and are consistent
  • The Type 45 dealt 1100 a shot and now deals 1400 damage a shot consistently
  • Non-Explosives are not affected
If this is intentional I ask why the inconsistencies and slight nerfs to only some explosive weapons. I can see it being an issue with the DPS Counter, so I am leaving that as a possibility. Anyhow I am reporting this as a bug due to it not being mentioned anywhere by the Devs, and I hope this issue gets resolved quickly!

Hope, this is indeed a bug of some sorts and not a weird way to make the Mk45 look good by nerfing the competition. ...And please, don't bring up "power-creep", because 1: A big gun dealing big damage is the natural order of the universe (or at least it should be), 2: Under-powered big guns only encourage gun-spamming, and 3: The Mk45 is only the second super-heavy cannon in the game. Both it, and the Big Bertha need more power for their size.
