Don't know how long this has been the case, if it's a Windows limitation or what, but it's arguably more of an issue now that the control schemes allow you to rebind the [Ctrl] key for various things, like lift control and such - it's more likely that you'll want to make a build adjustment while also holding this key. That's how I noticed this issue anyway.

your not supposed to be able to. It's so you can pick up blocks and move them without placing the one you are holding

Are you talking about the [Alt] key modifier? Which temporarily hides the block you are placing as selected in the inventory menu.

Yeah that's what Alt is for. Control just makes it so you can't place blocks for whatever reason while alt makes it so you can move blocks while in the build menu

Interesting. This might be a side effect of our debug tooling - Internally we use Ctrl + click to do things like destroy blocks and other debug functionality. That's definitely not supposed to make it into a released build! Will investigate
