[1.0.1.4] Antigravity tech not controllable with default plane scheme

    This tech was designed to use the default Aeroplane control scheme while flying with antigravity. However, when using this tech, the ion drives on the back cannot be activated with Shift, I had to rebind Shift from Fans to Acceleration before it became usable.

    I flew a plane with ion drives before in this update, so maybe it's a bug with antigravity techs? Or am I doing something wrong?

    Removing the Stabilising Computer block from your tech allowed it to work, for me, with [Shift] on the Propellers control. I confirmed it on another tech with only 1 propeller and no anti-grav, etc.

    Looks like it overrides that manual fan control (rightly or wrongly). Thrusters still work on (solo bound) [Ctrl], though.

    Cool tech, by the way. Fun.:)

    But it gives me some horrible FPS drop when I fire it's guns with the anti-grav on (only). Guess that's a another bug...

    因为现在给的飞机控制系统并不完善,你想让涡轮只当动力,但实际上涡轮在俯仰操纵时会加入到辅助俯仰的动力里去,比如抬头时重心以上的涡轮会反转来加剧抬头。

    yes the stabilizing computer is the problem. I had it on my space fighter plane and shift didn't work until I took it off.

    same, I got abysmal FPS when I fired the weapons. I wonder what causes that? I don't get that on my space fighter...

    ah HA! I figured out what caused the bug!
    Quackduck had four anti-gravity generators onboard his fighter when he only needed two. whenever the tech fired or the AG field caught another tech, the lag would happen. After I reduced the number of AG generators to two, the fighter lagged only slightly (normal amounts of lag)

    So I guess the anti gravity affects projectiles... Which is especially ironic with lasers, as those already aren't affected by gravity.

    Hey guys, I can't seem to reproduce either of the issues on this thread on our internal build or on the released unstable build, the forum doesn't say the snapshot was edited after posting either, so I'm not sure whats going on here :(

    When I load the snapshot on the unstable release branch the tech flies correctly while holding shift and the game does not significantly drop while firing the guns in anti-grav mode. I haven't edited the snapshot in any way.

    Is this still an issue for anyone?

    This is because I modified the tech to use a control scheme called Aeroplane#2, where Shift was rebound from Propellers to Acceleration. If you change the control scheme to the default Aeroplane scheme, it won't fly.

    Stabilising computer just blocks the "Propeller" control for any tech configuration. e.g.:

    Can't reproduce this either, in the same spot in R&D, day or night, the FPS drop's there but not nearly as bad, not noticeable.
