[1.0.1.1] Small planes jitter (when rolling)

There's a bunch of stuff were changing in the back end with flying and hovers
Cool. Figures.:) The BF wings seem more prone to this particular behaviour, though. Even on the bigger mid-wings on less tiny planes the was noticeable stutter. I couldn't figure out if it was an animation issue, hence checking an old Venture design for comparison. Don't know if it's because they exert more force for their size, or something...

I'm, assuming that the aim is to leave all older planes and helicopters unchanged in function...? Or is there likely to be some (less buggy looking) permanent changes?

Whoops, I made some changes to angular drag that effected a lot of stuff (read broke a lot of things) in an effort to bring it more in line with how we do linear drag. On the plus side this is what the unstables are for right? Making sure we don't break peoples stuff in a stable build :D

This should be fixed in the next unstable.
