[1.0.1.1] BF Hover vectoring keyed from original build orientation (driving backwards)

(2) Steering vectoring on the BF hovers appears to be keyed off the the tech's original orientation, ignore re-oriented cabs (not looked closely at this yet).
As with several other issues, still - the new vectored Better Future hover rings steer relative to the original build orientation of the tech, not realigning when the primary cab is turned around:


Also demonstrates the crazy dipping and tipping. (Already patched?)

Really would love to see a more fundamental fix for re-oriented techs, that automatically solved all the other issues too (e.g. re-initialising the tech's grid or whatever), rather than patching the side effects, like this. (I guess that could cause lag spikes when cabs are destroyed in combat and stuff...)
