Edit: have you tried rotating the propellers 90 degrees?
Rotating the attachment does change the direction of pull. You can make it a lot stronger pulling up the front of the plane, for example (but still not quite *perfectly* balanced for left/right).

Side note, do people (and devs) think we should move these threads about EXP blocks to (one of) the R&D section(s) of the forum? @kae will you see them there? Definitely the right place for non-bug feedback on these blocks, right...?

Heya QuackDuck,

Does this issue happen specifically with the EXP Big top nose propeller?

We had a look at the flight system a while back and fixed the most obvious offenders of this bug where the plane flies off axis for no real obvious reason, we'll take another look into it again to see if we can iron out some more of the issues here.

I really would prefer if the bugs weren't posted in several different places, it makes it harder for us here to track bugs and for players posting to easily find already reported issues.

The R&D forums were created primarily for discussion and feedback on new blocks, not really for bugs.

Totally agree (I was never a fan of the unstable/stable split, in the first place - it's still hard to search both simultaneously).

So, EXP block *bugs* here, EXP block *feedback* in R&D Feedback or R&D main? (Feedback section makes more sense but main is used more...)

I ask here because there's a lot of grey area between definite bug behaviour and 'intended but don't like it'. e.g. the sonic lances - what are they *supposed* to do? They let you glitch your tech through other techs, at the moment...

No idea, a lot is not listed in patch notes. 1.0.0.3 came out since this report, so it might be worth checking (and letting us know).
Sorry, patch notes are manual work and sometimes we miss things between all the not-publicly-interesting stuff that's going in.

It looks like the Big Nose Prop was fixed on Sept. 19 and would have made it in an Unstable build since then, so it should be fixed for you :)
