[0.7.9] Right turn... Left turn... {are not equal}

    They look about the same radius to me...

    EDIT: Do you mean that you made both right and left turns in each picture, or is each picture demonstrating a different turn?

    It is 2-3 blocks difference. I noticed it easy, just look how many space is there on left side while right side is almost on same edge of dark blocks.

    Im not sure if it's a bug or not, but on small three-wheeled vehicles (other techs too, but it's more prominent on three-wheeled vehicles), turning one direction is sharper than turning the other. It's also like that for most cabs, noticable on the gso one but completely unplayable for the rest.

    I've merged @Hydraesque's new thread titled "Wheel turning left and right not equal" with this on on the same topic. I've also added info to the original thread's title in "[ ]" and "{ }".

    Another tech control symmetry breaking bug with planes (reported in 0.8.1.1), here. Not sure if linked - that only happens some times when techs are reloaded. I guess the turning asymmetry is always out the same, all the time...?

    It seems making left and/or right turns isn't as easy as it should be when driving a tech that uses both wheels and tank tracks:

    On the right is a right-hand turn made using this kind of tech, and on the left is a left-hand turn. Half-track techs seem to turn left in a much narrower arc than when turning right (when they don't want to go backwards, for some reason...)

    I really don't want our half-tracks to become like those toy robots we had as kids that, annoyingly, could only make right turns...

    This happens with normal wheeled techs too. Here is an example:
    Car_Arty.png
    When turning with W+A or D, the turning radius of the tech is different.

    I also feel that some techs turn faster in one direction over the other. The GSO cab displays this in the extreme (but then, all cabs' movement is pretty messed up anyway at the moment...)

    my guess at the cause of the problem is that the techs (and cabs) are only driven by ONE of the rear wheels (probably the right rear) and do not have differentials or even a solid drive shaft
