[0.7.9.5]Track physics is worse {very slow turning}

I'm not sure if this is an intentional design change to make tanks turn slower or not, but tracks seem to turn worse now, moving about and jerking when turning instead of turning smoothly on the spot.

There's a thread of track fail-turn hate here on Steam.

@higekun - I hear you're the wheel physics god of this universe, was it a fix to track's glitchiness that's caused this? There wasn't a purposeful power nerf from @zanzistar (too), right?

And is the (more) squiffy tech turning, in general, a separate issue?

I've just merged @Marxon's new thread titled "Treads Have Incredibly Slow Turning" with this existing one on the same issue. Plus added information in "{ }". Thanks all.

GSO tread's turning was terrible even before the bug.

If you use treads, turn on the spot.
That does not help at all it's still incredibly slow, that's why I'm reporting it as a bug.
