[0.7.9.2] Fabricated blocks get stuck inside Fabricator (sometimes crashes game)

It seems like blocks have more difficulty exiting Fabricators, currently. Or are spawned deeper inside of them than previously.

On a side note also the chunks are spawned and ejected out of auto-miners very awkwardly. Instead of flying out of the hole at 45 degrees up like they used to, they fall through the miner itself to the bottom where its anchor is. Thought these might be related to each other.

The items should remain small until an adequate distance away, similar to how SCU's make blocks small when close enough
