[0.8.0] Furnace Generators run faster with Pacemaker, but less power

I don't know which part is the bug: furnace generators now eating resource chunks at increased rate with pacemaker set to Turbo, or just that they continue to produce power at the same rate, hence produce a lot less per chunk. This was pointed out to me by @DerNiepe.

[0.7.8.1] Scrappers drop and regurgitate stacked/scrapped blocks on reload

    (1) When reloading from a save game (R&D, here), some of the items held in a scrapper's input are dropped for no reason. (I.e. Not possible to attribute it to big, unstable stacks.) Pacemaker set to whatever. (2) When a tech's Pacemaker is set to pause, you can see that items already consumed...

Can be recreated with this tech: If you try to collect resources with the front pads, the conveyors won't move the resources since the Pacemaker is set to "turbo". Also...

Make the Pacemaker bigger. (And get it in the game! :-)

Arguments for making the (EXP) Pacemaker block larger: (1) As a 1x1x1 block it can be hard to locate on a fair sized crafting base and tricky to target with a right click if you want to pause or slow motion your manufacturing process in a hurry. (2) They are a very functionally important and...
